G3 Soccer Academy Student-Athlete Program
G3 Development Group’s Emerge student-athlete development program has been developed through 20 years of experience and backed by scientific research in executive leadership development, positive psychology and the peak performance mindset. The basis of the Emerge student-athlete development program is the Gallup Youths Strengths Explorer, which is now being administered to over 200,000 students across the U.S., but that is where it typically ends. The Emerge framework for developing the student-athletes to be the best version of themselves is what will separate your Soccer Academy student-athletes from every other school in the U.S. It will be the only curriculum in the U.S. that is pioneering strengths, leadership and mindset science into developing student-athletes for peak performance.
The goal is to build self-awareness, leadership and a peak performance mindset to excel at sport and education through a strengths-based approach to youth development.
Self-Awareness
Using the Gallup Youths StrengthsExplorer Assessment, we will build self-awareness by identifying each student-athletes individual talents. We will engaging the student-athlete, the coaching staff and the parents into the process of each student becoming the best version of themselves!
Leadership Development
Implementing reflection into the student-athletes regular regimen allows them to understand how they were leaders in key game situations and notice when others lead. Following is a key trait in leadership. Reflection allows the student-athlete to learn from the success and failures.
Peak Performance Mindset
Peak performance happens when your mindset is in a state of flow. For the student-athlete, understanding how keeping a positive mindset, utilizing visualization techniques, meditation, changes in physiology, and understanding how your energy effects the team environment are key to mindset awareness.
